6. Vouchers are not refundable and cannot be exchanged with vouchers of other denominations.

7. Voucher shall be valid up to the stipulated expiry date and no extension of the date shall be given.

3. Pre-Ordering
Pre-ordering: When you place a pre-order, you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit or full payment to secure your order. If its deposit, the amount of the deposit may vary depending on the product and will be clearly stated at the time of the pre-order.

Delivery: Pre-ordered items are not currently in stock and may not be available for immediate delivery. We will provide an estimated delivery date, but this is subject to change based on unforeseen circumstances such as manufacturing delays or shipping issues.

Price: The Price of pre-ordered items may be subject to change. If price does change,
Deposit - we will notify you and give you the option to cancel your pre-order for a full refund of your deposit, OR
Full Payment - will not affect by price change.

Cancellation: You may cancel your pre-order at any time before the product has shipped. If you cancel within 7 days of placing your pre-order, we will provide a full refund of your deposit/payment. If you cancel after 7 days,

Deposit - Non-refundable OR
Full Payment - we reserve the right to withhold 30% of your payment to cover any costs we have incurred as a result of your pre-order.

Changes: If you need to make changes to your pre-order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the product has entered the manufacturing process.

Warranty: The warranty for pre-ordered items begins on the date of delivery, not on the date of the pre-order (ONLY applicable for warranty products)

Delivery Policy

1) We provide delivery across Malaysia. Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the address specified by the Buyer in its order. Any dates quoted for delivery of the Goods are approximate only.

2) Please allow at least 5-10 working days (Products shipped from East Malaysia (Sabah) to receive the order once the shipment is dropped off (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification of your order tracking link when your order has shipped.

3) Buyers are responsible to be readily available to receive the goods if in any case if the Goods were to arrive earlier or later than the expected delivery time frame.

4)  If the courier company is unable to reach customer after the several delivery attempt, the order will be deemed cancel and customer shall bear all the cost incurred during the delivery process (delivery cost & etc).


Standard Shipping
Business days are Monday-Friday; Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days. Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. The postage fees for domestic standard shipping is RM20 (Flat Rate) nationwide.

Free Shipping: Only exclusively for orders with min purchase of RM500 and within Malaysia ONLY.

Note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or any natural disasters occurred, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
